Points added?
Did we really get 2 extra points in the final minutes of the game?
2 players from Navy say we did, but for some reason that doesn't surprise me.

2 UNDEFEATEDS

After last week's nail-biter, Kenny Powell and his squadron of 10 players AND a playbook look vulnerable. Kudos to Navy for a hard fought game. Maybe the refs won't HAVE to decide this week's matchup of Orange vs. Maroon. The 2 only undefeated teams left are set to meet at 8 on Sunday. Will Kenny Powell (a.k.a John Thompson) have what it takes?
I THINK NOT !

Navy vs Orange Recap
Orange trails for the first time all season but still calls themselves undefeated
Last night the Navy (1-3) and Orange (4-0) neophytes squared off in what was a highly anticipated mid season battle. Navy, who has been playing much improved team basketball despite dropping their third straight last night held a three point lead late in the first half forcing Orange to play from behind for the first time this season. The first half ended in a tie as there were several lead changes. Being the strong second half team they have been all year, Orange came out of the gate and went on a quick 7-0 run and held Navy scoreless for the first 5-plus minutes of the second half. This panned out to be the deciding blow of the game as navy never saw the lead again. The best Navy could do was tie the score as turnovers did them in once again. Orange's free throw shooting was just good enough to put Navy away and move to a first place tie with their next opponent, Maroon (4-0).
